I ADORE muffins for breakfast with a good cuppa...& this morning the baby actually went back to sleep from 6-7:30 a.m....I decided to start my day with a bit of baking. These are actually GOOD for you, cuz their made with yogurt, crushed pineapple, high fiber whole wheat pastry and coconut flours too...could NOT resist adding a 'cherry on top'!!!

Sounds delicious! I remember the days when my son would wake up at 4am then go back to sleep around 6 or 6:30. Boy those were sleepy days. :)
